Saint Valentine is a neighborhood cocktail bar in East Dallas, created by Gabe Sanchez (Black Swan Saloon, Midnight Rambler) and Ryan Payne (Tiny Victories). Since opening in late 2023, it has quickly become an East Dallas staple.

The vibe is a little bit posh, a little bit scrappy: smoky mirrors and intricate tile mosaics on one side, old-school diner-style booths on the other. An L-shaped bar with roughly fifteen stools, deep booths, intimate round tables, and a casual patio.

Named after the tiny West Texas town of Valentine — population 130.
